The Company operates 2 departments, Civil and Structural, with an average of 20 personnel in total. These include Fellow Members of Engineers Ireland, Chartered Engineers and personnel with several other professional memberships.

The Company's Managing Director is Michael Fitzpatrick BE BCOMM CEng FIEI, FCIWEM. The other Executive Directors are (Civil) Gordon White, A BAI HDipEnvEng CEng MIEI MCIWEMr and (Structural) Brian Cleere, BEng CEng MIEI MIStructE.
