designed chairs, sleeps in badly designed beds, slumps before television and will even
take his car to slip to the corner shop.
Bad posture can lead to serious pain and health problems that undermine our ability to
enjoy life and achieve our potential.
In short, it is hugely important that we take good care of ourselves so that we can
really live life to the full.
