I operate as an independent property negotiator.
In simple terms, that independence means I am working directly for you - not for a company agenda.
My experience has shown that homeowners value service more than any other link in the property chain -
with the possible exception of price. And, by delivering advice and service where its needed,
we usually exceed the prices sought.

Less furniture means more space.

Present a home not a show house.
- Use a good solicitor. If you don't know one I do.
- Look for a property professional that asks about
you rather than telling you about themselves.
